Tingbin Tang : Creative Director & CEO
Tingbin is the Chairman of Beijing Chapter of IxDA International Interaction Design Association, Lecture at CAFA Central Academy of Fine Arts, guest professor at ZheJiang Polytechnic University Psychology Department. He used to work as a senior partner and co-founder of Concepto Studios, senior design director of Trisenx Holdings Inc. His work has been reported by many media and press, including Time magazine, BBC, CNN, ABC good morning American program, MSNBC, WTOC, etc. He is the winner of 2004 Good Design Awards and his design work has been permanently collected by the Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design. Tingbin holds a MFA degree from the Savannah College of Art and Design in the USA and a Bachelor of Engineering from Hunan University.
ChangChi Heu : COO
Chang Chi Heu has been in the ICT field for 17 years. He was responsible for the User Research and Strategy of Asia Pacific Market while working as a Senior Business Consultant at Nokia Siemens. He graduated from the University of Bristol with Bachelor in Engineering. He has been a member of Mensa International Association, with an IQ level of 180.
Tingan Tang : Chief Software Architect
Tingan is a PhD candidate in Computer Science and Engineering of Finland Aalto University. He has involved in Finland Living Labs Innovation projects, Digital Ecosystems and other Tekes-funded innovation projects. He speak fluent English and satisfactory Finnish.
Eric Liang: Deliver Manager，Senior UI Designer
Eric Liang was born in an art family. He is a member in Peopeo experts group. He holds a master degree in product design from CAFA. He had working experiences in many international and domestic big design companies as a senior designer and consultant. He is also a chief director of an independently operating brand and cross-industries interaction designer. He has won several international awards in conceptual design. He is good at grasping the quality and aesthetics in the product design process and good insights in projects and more experienced aesthetic skills. He has involved in many projects such as HongKong Chevron,Jiaming Plaza, Disney Beijing, SAC Capital, Beijing Hedge Fund, Qingdao, Shanghai, Tianjin, Xian Price Waterhouse Coopers, Embassy of Luxembourg etc.
Yi Liu : Senior UI Designer
Liu Yi was once in charge of designing for Coca Cola, Qian Shou, Nestle, Qi Rui Automobile, etc. She took part in designing the 2002 Sprite Music Festival. During the 2003 Christmas festival period, she was in charge of designing, creating, and producing Nestle’s Christmas Series Design for 25 giant supermarkets in Shanghai. In 2011, she was in charge of the UI design for Nokia’s mobile edu reader application. Between July 2004 to June 2006, she was at China TechFaith Wireless Communication Technology Limited., responsible for the following projects: P608、V06、Player、seagull_A、seagull_b for Lenovo and

Karina Zhu :Senior UI Designer
Krina had previously worked in the following companies: Jin Li Mobile Phones as UI Design Manager, American company Concepto Studios, participated in projects with LG, Hai Xin, Hai-er in terms of design work and held important roles. Between the year 2005 and 2009, she worked in FLYFOT Technologies (Beijing) Private Limited as Product Designer, responsible for new mobile products planning, setting requirements, product look and feel design, CMF, prototype modeling to mass production work oppo research and development of innovative handsets concept, Lenovo handsets, from year 2009 to August 2011 at CONCEPT STUDIOS Senior Designer, responsible for project team management, oriented design, new product development and design. Pearson Bank Fingerprint encoder, Jie Sai Multipurpose Cooking pot, LG future concept designs, B&D coffee machine design, Yi Yang Player terminal, GST thermostat ID design and UI interface design, Di Yi Cai Piao Lottery iOS GUI Design, Hisense handset design.
Shu Chen: Senior UE Designer
Shu Chen was graduated from Centre Academy of Fine Arts with a Bachelor degree in Experimental Art. He has a wealth of knowledge and a deep understanding of interactive design and user experience research. Shu did many projects successfully. The voice microblog was a collaboration between Peopeo and High Sunsray .He did a lot creations in the interaction that were highly appreciated by High Sunsray. He did many innovatively interactive design in the Beijing Urban Vedio Surveillance Management Project as well. And those could highly improve the efficiency of the city managers. Shu also did a deep research on the Ipad Readers design and made a report .Besides, Shu has great painting skill and maks murals for many museums independently. He also can make interesting crafts. In 2008,he participated the decoration of Hainan festooned vehicle .
Irene Lee: Senior UI Designer
Irene holds a master degree from French Paris Ecole Des Beaux-Arts de Versailles, used to work for French BUSINESS LAB internet Information Service Company, involved with many international projects. She also used to work for Electronics, and have won many innovation awards. With fluent French and English, now she has also been the leader for the French Telecom Orange + Peopeo Innovation Lab projects. She has been responsible for projects of French Telecom Innovative lab. And the Shengbo Website designed by her won the award of “2011 xin world commonweal innovation ”
Kang Cui: Product Architect
Graduated from the Central Academy of Fine Arts, Visual Communication professional. Strategic planning and brand management, user needs analysis, visual psychology are some of this strength. Some of his hobbies include building devices, staging theatrical performances, robot making and cooking. He has participated in major events like the designing of Beijing 2008 Olympic Games medals, productions by National Grand Theater and the designing of the new CCTV building. He has also has design project collaborations with the Royal College of Art, Royal Danish College of Art and many other institutes. In2010，He finished the research and design for MSN production shield and in 2011 he was in charge of the 3G portal for China Telecom.
Christina Du : Senior UE Designer
Christina holds a product design degree from Central Academy of Fine Arts and had Psychology Engineering training as well. She used to participate usability training program with China Science Institution Psychology Research Department and ZheJiang Polytechnic
University Psychology Department. She used to be in charge of projects with United Nation Development Programme with some projects on emerging markets, SNS projects, and so on. Experienced with different testing and research methodologies like Usability Testing, eye-tracking, expert evaluation, focus group, user diary, etc.
Mingbo Hua : Senior UI Designer
Mingbo Hua Hold a Master degree of Interaction Design and Bachelor degree of Visual Communication in Hunan University. He has rich experience in interaction design and visual design as he used to work in Nokia Beijing Research Institute, China Telecom and WX-Design. He has been in charge of many projects including Nokia mobile SNS，189 community for E Surfing，China Telecom，some website designs for high education institutions and finical industries. He is also good at branding design and has been taken part in the branding design for China Mingsheng Bank, Hangseng Bank, OCT real estate, Aoyuan real estate. He also has designed the sign and sports icons for the 2010 Asian Games in Guangzhou and visual system for the second session of the “Lotus Cup” international industrial design.He aslo involved in the UI design for Pingan Auto Insurance website and Home Screen Research for China Mobile.
Shuo Fu: Ergonomics Expert
Shuo holds a MSc of Ergonomics (Human Factors) from Loughborough University, used to work for Ergonomics and Safety Research Institute（ESRI）, he did projects including research the usability of accessible toilet, Accessing the working environment at Thorpe Industries, Research the human-computer interface design in MMORPG, players in the risk of decision-making, the attention and reaction of players in games; Meego Mobile research for Nokia. And Home so on.
Wenwen Lee : Senior UE Designer
Li Wen Wen had 8 years of experience in graphics design, events planning and management, skilled in all sorts of Adobe design tools such as (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Flash etc.), printing process, media medium and website promotion, also has a foundation in drawing and aesthetic quality, color handling abilities, excellent in her own aesthetic sense and artistic accomplishments, sensitive towards fashion elements, equipped with good communication skills. She was responsible for China Telecomm’s Phonebook Assistant project’s research and design work.
Yang Liu : Product Architect
Yang is a researcher on Human Computer Interaction (HCI), user behavior and consumer analyst. Experienced in cognitive and visual study. Familiar with product planning development processes; focuses on design methods and user-friendly experience.She used be in charge of the Body Reader for Franch Telecom and the3G portal for Chian Telecom and Lepad UI design for Lenovo.
Hui Lee : Interactive Model Division
Hu Li held a degree in advertising design, served in the Sri Lankan software company Daze Jones, World Executive Information Company, Wu Dexuan media and other companies, has helped to create and design many children’s animated games and mobile applications. Besides being knowledgeable in online games, game experience design, She is an innovative and expressive artist.She used to be in charge of many projects including Nokia life tool animation and GE medical treatment animation .
Xiaoli Zhou : UI Designer
Xiaoli graduated from the Central Academy of Fine Arts with dual degree in environmental design and graphic design. She has rich project experience and she is also good at detailed site survey to explore and record all the details and problems. She has excellent graphic design and color sense as well.She used to be in charge of Pingan auto Insurance Website and Concept home screen research for China Mobile Research Institute.
Chong Lee : UI Designer
Chong Lee graduated from Beijing Industrial University, School of Arts & Design, with a degree in Digital Media Arts Design, with a solid foundation in arts, skilled at drawing. His completed projects include: Muach micro-blogging service UI design, Ming Bo Education website virtual mock up platform UI design and China Telecomm’s Phonebook Assistant software’s market research and UI design.
Xu Wei : UI Designer

Zhaohui Hu: Animation Designer
Zhaohui Hu graduated from Yunan Institute of the Art with Master in Animation. He is good at the pre-creation of two dimension animation, the overall design and post-synthesis. He also has excellent experience in the video post edition and production. Besides that, designing and developing the animation, illustration, and creative products is also his field.
Sissi Wei: Animation Designer
Wei Li once worked at Zhong Yang Television Channel and worked on various animation films. In the children’s animation film “Secret Plan”, she took on the roles of animator, sound engineer, and voice actress. In the urban lifestyle animation “Miss Puffy”, she took on the roles of the original artist, sound engineer, and voice actress. In the 80s animation “Kuang Kuang Kuang”, she took on the role of an original artist. She also took part in the MTV creation of the Shanxi folk song “Meng Meng”. Other than that, she also drew the children’s storybook “Bible Stories”. She also planned and designed the UI for the game “Crazy Station”.
Tingting Wang : UI Designer
Tingting Wang holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Hunan University, equipped with styling ability and colors matching, especially good in user market research and product information analysis. She was in charge of the projects:Pingan Car Insurance online shopping platform’s market research and analysis, iPhone version of Nokia’s Seahorse Reader’s UI Design.
Xiaona Zhou: User Researcher
Xiaona Zhou has rich experience in user and market research. Her main projects including Mobile Karaoke market research for Nokia,Co ncetp home screen research and E Wlan Research for China Mobile Research Institute.
Yaru Hou: Recruitment and Supervision of the User
Yaru has rich user recruitment experience and good ability of organizing , management and coordination .She has been working more than 10 years and has been trained in HR and Engineering Psychology.
